Executive meeting and study visits of Landslide and Surface Erosion Prevention Project Phase II during March 6-10, 2017, in Taiwan. Deputy Director-General, Mr. Kemkaeng Yutidhammadamrong with 4 staff, including Ms. Saowanee Prachansri ,Acting Land Development Expert Systems(Project management), Mr. Rattanachart Chuaybudda ,Acting Research Expert for Soil Chemistry Research, Mrs. Kreeyaporn Devahastin, Director of International Cooperation Program, Mr. Vittaya Niphon, Senior Professional of Agricultural Researcher. The objectives of the meeting and study visit is to discuss the details of the project implementation in Phase II (2017-2020), which is a cooperation between the Department of Land Development,Thailand and Soil and Water Conservation Bureau,Taiwan. This project start from 2011-2015 (Phase I) which is always cooperative and has a good relationship. There is an exchange of experts, training to provide knowledge on the prevention of landslides, soil erosion, soil and water conservation measures as well as the apply of technologies which appropriate to the conditions of Thailand.

           In this meeting and study visit. Welcome from Mr. Lee, Chen -Yang, Director General of Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, National Pingtung University, National Chung Hsing University and staff from Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, with very warm welcome and friendly. This is a good sign that cooperation between Land Development Department and Soil and Water Conservation Bureau. It will go smoothly and good friendship for a long time. ">

           การประชุมระดับผู้บริหาร และการศึกษาดูงานในโครงการมาตรการ/วิธีการในการป้องกันดินถล่มและการชะล้างพังทลายของดิน ระหว่างวันที่ 6-10 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2560 ณ ประเทศไต้หวัน โดยการนำของ รองอธิบดีกรมพัฒนาที่ดินด้านวิชาการ นายเข้มแข็ง ยุติธรรมดำรง พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ 4 ราย ประกอบด้วย นางสาวเสาวนีย์ ประจันศรี รักษาการผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวางระบบการพัฒนาที่ดิน สพข.3 (ผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการฯ) นายรัตชาติ ช่วยบุดดา รักษาการผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิเคราะห์วิจัยดินทางเคมี นางกรียาภรณ์ เทพหัสดิน ณ อยุธยา ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มแผนงานความร่วมมือกับต่างประเทศ นายวิทยา นิพนธ์ นักวิชาการเกษตรชำนาญการพิเศษ สพข.9 การประชุมและศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประชุมปรึกษาหารือพิจารณารายละเอียดการดำเนินงานของโครงการในระยะที่ 2 ปี พ.ศ. 2560-2563 ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน ประเทศไทย และกรมอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ ไต้หวัน โดยได้ดำเนินการมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2554-2558 (ระยะที่ 1) ซึ่งมีความร่วมมือและมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกันเสมอมา มีการแลกเปลี่ยนผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ฝึกอบรมนักวิชาการฝ่ายไทย เพื่อให้เกิดองค์ความรู้ด้านการป้องกันการเกิดดินถล่มรวมถึงการชะล้างพังทลายของดิน มาตรการอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ ตลอดจนการนำเทคโนโลยีต่างๆที่ทันสมัย มาปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพพื้นที่ของประเทศไทย.

           ในการประชุมและการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ ได้รับการต้อนรับจาก นายลี เจิน หยาง อธิบดีกรมอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยผิงตง มหาลัยชงชิง และเจ้าหน้าที่จากกรมอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำทุกท่าน ด้วยความอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง ซึ่งเป็นสัญญานอันดีที่ความร่วมมือระหว่างกรมพัฒนาที่ดินและกรมอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ จะดำเนินการไปด้วยราบรื่น และมีมิตรไมตรีที่ดีต่อกันตราบนานเท่านาน
